Well, I made the journal on sept. 6th, 2009 because i wanted to keep track of my weight loss somewhere. if i kept a real journal and it was found, it would be a nonstop interigation, so i thought livejournal was perfect. plus on here i can find some support from others until i get to my goal weight (123) from my current weight (155). wish me luck!
